It has been three years since I purchased a Condo unit built by Pigliavento Builders and I am completely satisfied with the investment I made. They placed me in the hands of a respected and qualified realtor and guided through the process of my purchase. I was treated with respect and kindness. Since then I've always felt like I could depend on all members of the Company.

Pros: Quality of product. Realistic prices. Dependable service. Company's personnel, especially the professionalism in the real estate division and the concern of the Company leaders.

Cons: That their are more business like them.

I have had the pleasure of building a home for the 2nd time with Pigliavento Builders. Each time we found the process go very smooth. If any problem or concern came up after we closed they address it. GREAT BUILDERS!!! GREAT PEOPLE!! My husband I would highly reconmend them to anyone.

Pros: Quality construction. Customize my dream home.

Cons: I can really think of any. If there was they always were there to take care of it.
